What we collect

When you make a purchase at a merchant powered by SleetPOS, we may collect, on behalf of that merchant: your name, phone number, email address, and the items you purchased.

How we use it

• To operate, secure, and improve the merchant's point-of-sale service.
• To support loyalty programs and customer records you have enrolled in.

Who we share it with

Your contact details are visible to the merchant who collected them. We use a small number of vetted service providers — currently Resend for email — under contracts that prohibit them from using your data for any other purpose.

Your choices

You can ask the merchant to remove your contact details from their records at any time.

Data retention

We keep your contact details for as long as the merchant's account is active, plus a reasonable archival period to comply with tax, accounting, and consumer-protection laws.
