Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SleetPOS, a point-of-sale platform operated by Sleet Systems for retail merchants. By signing up for or using SleetPOS, you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use SleetPOS in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other merchants' data, or reverse-engineer the software.
• Misrepresent the nature of your business.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of pricing, tax, and inventory data you enter, and for compliance with laws applicable to your business.

Service availability

SleetPOS is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We rely on third-party providers (Firebase, Resend, payment processors) whose outages may affect availability.

Termination

We may suspend your account if we have reasonable cause to believe you are using the service in violation of law or these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data for a period of 30 days.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sleet Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SleetPOS. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
